I would give this place 0 stars if i could. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! the general manager is crazy rude and argues with you. I am clear with what i order and very simple and yet they still screw up. Will not go back here again

This place is the absolute worst. We stopped after an unexpected visit from our 2 adult sons. 1:40 a.m. on a Tuesday. It was easy to see the dining area completely torn apart and two really slow moving employees  looking down and shaking their heads as we approached. No one else around and we kept it simple we ordered 2 Value Meals 6 soft tacos, 6 hard tacos, 12 green bean and cheese burritos and 2/2 for $5 carnitas burritos (4 total). After paying with a credit card we waited at the drive thru window for about 10 minutes as I watched the two leave the  buckets of black water and cleaning equipment to start preparing our order. Neither took without took off their dirty jackets they continually brushed down with bare, unwashed hands before I turned my engine off and nodded off. I awoke on my own another 27 minutes later to find our order nowhere closer to being ready. There were two pickup trucks behind me in line, both without the engines running or headlights on. It was only 4.5 minutes more waiting tine before one of the 2 man crew appeared carrying 1 value box and asked if we wanted hot sauce. I declined, but asked for a water cup instead and was that a mistake! The guy left the window again and stayed completely out of sight for 6 more minutes. I would have left but we didn't have all our food. When he finally reappeared, he handed me a small water cup and the other value box. Soon after we had the complete order and we left. My husband was so annoyed he began eating and we didn't speak until we were almost home."There is no meat in this Burrito!" Is all he said. Still driving I said "Maybe you made a mistake and took a green burrito instead of Carnitas" No. He was sure he didn't make a mistake because the value boxes didn't have any burritos in them! Our order, over 45 minutes later was 12 burritos short and no meat in 3 of the 4 Carnitas (2 for $5). As soon as we got in, I called that store repeatedly. Guess what? No answer and a voicemail box not set up! Tomorrow I'll go back for the last time and pick up my money.

Standard Del Taco. Best time to go is around 1am, they make everything fresh around that time. If you ask for no ice in your drink they will fill the cup with the amount of soda you would have if you did have ice, then fill the rest of the cup with Sprite or soda water.

I just ordered the buck and under iced tea, but they charged me a $1.10 for it.  Manager Would not reduce the price to honor what they advertise. it rang up as a medium drink. not a big deal, but indicative of lack of management customer service attitude.

Don't have much money? Get the 99 cent bean and cheese burrito and $1 ice tea. Nice employees, but this location needs a make over!!! The seats by the windows are falling apart
