During my visit, customer service is good. The Epic Beyond Cali Burrito tastes like a less flavorful mashup of a soggy Sloppy Joe sandwich—in burrito form. It's a somewhat filling meal though not completely satisfying taste wise. The hot sauces don't even seem to contribute to making the burrito more flavorful.

Terrible wait times in Drive-thru. At 10:16PM they took 30mins to deliver our cheesecake bites and we had only 4-5 cars ahead of us.
Was here at 7:20pm, 9/11/18. Had a coupon for 2 Double Del Cheeseburgers for $5. Needless to say service was so slow, and I was in the drive thru! When I finally get my order it's two horrible cheese burgers, which is not what I ordered! The burgers were so disgusting, see pictures.. So disappointing! I would go to any other Del Taco, and avoid this one.
It was ok, but i would put it in the bottom 10% of all Del Tacos I have been to across the U.S.. There was no napkins, straws, Del Scorcho my fav out in the customer area, you had to ask for them one by one, they were behind the counter. If I was back in the area for some reason and there was a McD's nearby, i would break tradition and become a traitor.
I ordered the Del Taco and I was satisfied with the flavor and the appearance of the taco. 10/10 will come again!
Seriously I'm like over thinking any fast food can be filling or satisfying just make your own food people. Thos location gave me the worst food the worst bean and cheese burrito and the small fries was a sad crumbled hard soaked greasy sticks and I went around and asked for fresh fries was given the same greasy over fried fries its just sad to think people expect people to be ok with horrible food. Oh well it is what it is I will never eat at Del taco again.
Sorry, but had a horrible experience. They forgot $10 of my $25 mobile order. Waited 15 min after stated pickup time. Tacos were super cheap but also tasted as such. Didn't realize until getting home and not worth going back to correct the order. Employees were friendly though. Never coming back.
As always can't be disappointed by the unique experience brought by deltaco
*UPDATE* DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.! I tried giving them another chance and they tried to scam me by overcharging. I'm never coming here again and am filing another complaint with corporate. The guy working the window tonight is thoroughly incompetent... how is it so hard to get a simple order right. I ordered a combo and one other item, he fumbled putting food in the bags and still got my order wrong. This is the third time in a row this guy shorted me food. I'm going to call corporate and complain.
