The people working here very sweet. The diner area and outside eating area is clean but be hind the registers they have phones out cups of soda water bottles puddle of water purse and phone out on charger its just to much going on back there. Good thing tho the drive thru and front orders are coming out fast. NOT everyone has name tags only the girl prepin food

Well when I first walked in I couldn't believe my eyes!A worker with her purse and iPad on the counter the cashier that was assigned to the register was not on the register She was on her I pad !She new that I walked in but did no take my order! After the Manager had mention to her twice stating her name!but she went about her business on her Ipad and didn't care less about me the Costumer then my Wife walked in and I walked out and couldn't believe that I stood there in front of the register for about over a minute and was disgusted on how I was ignored and realized that after my Wife finished giving the order! The young Lady behind the register got back on her Ipad " Then we were sitting outside when my Mother said she was going to the restroom" When she returned she had mentioned to me that she asked the young Lady on her Ipad if she could open the restroom for her " then Mother mentioned She had to walk back to ask the young Lady could she open the restroom ? After my Mom her had mentioned this disrespect knowing my mother had trouble with Her bladder how upset and disgusted with the young Lady behind the register ! I did not approach the young Lady but I waited until we were through with having dinner" then asked a another worker what your Managers name in response I said to myself I'm not going to let this happen to some one else so I approach the Manager while he was taking a break and mentioned to Him about the young Ladty Of all the above of what was experienced while having dinner at DelTaco ! I hope that next week will be different when I visit DelTaco " I was a Manager for DelTaco in the past and I never let anybody slack off as much as this young Lady did! She was taking advantage of the Manager and he was letting her! If I was Manager at this DelTaco this young Lady would have been saying sorry to the Elderly woman as well as myself and right that I would have SENT THE YOUNG LADY HOME FROM WORK THAT NIGHT WITH A RIGHT UP THE NEXT DAY OR EVEN MAYBE FIRED HER FOR MAKING DELTACO LOOK BAD"!

Usually they are quick but there are days (weekends) where they have employees who just want to make one person do all the work. During the weekday they have the best and quickest crew

Preferred their carnitas and bean burrito but they forgot the carnitas! This happened twice.

The Del taco was more on the receipt than the board. A couple of mistakes were made. All fixable
