I was greeted by valet who were extremely pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately though the excellent service ended there. The purpose of my visit was to purchase a gift certificate only to find out no one at the front desk had capability of doing this. I was asked to fill out information while the front desk attendant went to the back room to get additional assistance. After waiting for almost ten minutes she returned to inform me I would need to come back as only the manager can provide me a gift certificate and all of the managers were in a meeting. As a five star hotel with a reputable name I would not expect to have to return later in the day to pick up a gift certificate. You would think your front desk staff would be able to service the customer immediately. Needless to say your hotel lost my business and I will not be returning!

This new hotel is fantastic! You can't beat the location - close to I-84 and right next to various shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous! I arrived late after a long day of travel and was greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne! The front desk staff, valet staff, and housecleaning staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nicole, Simeon, and Eric helped with food recommendations and even arranged a car for me for the next morning. The room was spacious and the bathroom is laid out great too! The only downside about the room is that the beds are a bit stiff, I woke up with some back pain in the morning. My transportation was prompt and the chauffeur was extremely friendly. The hotel uses a beautiful Tesla to transport guests within a five mile radius. This option is such a fantastic perk, especially for guests like myself who are staying for business. The continental breakfast is small, but offers the essentials - coffee, bite size pastries, fruit, and yogurt. Definitely another great perk! I can't wait to come and stay at the Delamar again. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making my stay so nice - I wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful place, nice treat to have in West Hartford. Attentive staff. Haven't experienced the food yet, and only had a Stella.

Went there to have drinks and food in the bar. Great service food was very tasty and reasonabley priced.
