Nice place to walk with a large area to walk especially beachfront area along the lake beautiful scenery and you can also walk to the lighthouse if Tides aren't too high great place to have a party if you rent out space from the city. It's nice to go there when the weather's nice in the summer or spring with your dog or kids or family or anyone or even just by yourself to enjoy the day and nature. In the summer for Fourth of July they have an awesome big bang Fest at Deland Park and you'll get to see the fireworks right off the lake. Nice place to go

Its clean to bad its peoplely i mean if only there was a way that people did not come herw cuz well people suck but if you like to do what other people like to do and be around other people well.. I guess​ its not that bad.

This place is beautiful! There is a beach with a few volleyball nets and a playground. Above the beach is a path that people walk, run or bike on. Right now the community is investing in planting grasses that will reinforce dunes.
