We have had wonderful experiences every time we have brought a variety of pets in to see Dr Tawnia and staff. Most recently our slightly older dog went in and required major surgery. Everyone was loving and professional with her, and with us. SUPERHEROES and words cannot express our gratitude - none better !! Everyone we encounter at the clInic is caring and attentive, and treats every pet like they are their own. We have been through good times and difficult times, but always feel our pets' experiences are of utmost importance. The genuine caring they treat families with plays an important role in the recovery process. We will always trust our fur family to them at Delano Veterinary Clinic.

Side note, our lovely chocolate lab is recovering in amazing fashion, better than we could have ever hoped. THANK YOU is not enough

Dr has no bedside manner and pressures you to do procedures you may not want to do.  Also keeps you waiting for far too long. I made a last minute appt which fell during a time she was supposed to be in surgery but they cancelled.  Even though she had hours open from this cancellation I was still waiting for over 30 min in the room.  This was not the first time I was kept waiting for an extended period which made it extra frustrating.  Nobody let me know what the delay was or to apologize.  So I left fed up.  Techs are friendly and courteous.  I have since changed veterinarians.

Very helpful staff.  Wonderful with my daughter's cat and they talk to my teenager daughter, the cat's owner,  as someone who makes decisions.  They explain shots and answer all of her questions respectfully.

Awesome customer service!  Extra special care given to our pet family members especially by Dr. Tawnia - all the staff are wonderful and caring - we appreciate all you do for Koda ❤️

I met Dr Prior under just about the worst possible circumstances. One of my cats suddenly became very ill, and Delano Vet Clinic was the first place I found that would make time to see her on a fully booked Saturday morning. The doctor and staff were all very professional, courteous and comforting. I will definitely be using them in the future, hopefully under less stressful circumstances.
