What a joke. I go in there today to do a simple counter transaction. Pretty routine at any real bank, but not here. It is common knowledge that banks have hoops to keep you from your money. This branch took the cake. Any real bank is perfectly capable of handling a counter withdrawal from a 💳.Customer presents the card and ID, bank gives customer the money, pretty simple. Not here, they had a limit ($250) and then rather than tell me they didn't want to deal with me, they made a bogus transaction slip 
claiming there was an error with my card. That's funny because I went down the road  to PNC and they did it without incident. Are their computers that so far superior??? PNC was very professional in their handling of my transaction and even though it was Saturday, they were dressed in business casual attire and not in OSU Buckeye crap. No wonder why so many people hate banks.
