Frustrating to deal with. They called me after receiving a positive Covid test result. I didn't get the cell - but they left a message for me to call back, so I did. Their incoming call auto attendant had no option that was applicable to my situation and there were no instructions in the voice mail. I finally get a human who told me I was in the right division but wrong department and that I should hang up and try again - and then he proceeded to hang up on me in mid-sentence. I get that there's a lot of fatigue and stress with a high, prolonged workload. Everybody who's been in the work force for more than 5 minutes understands that. But, 2 years into this thing and they can't get it together enough to have an option for returning covid calls - or the ability to transfer a call within their own division being in IT I can tell you - both of which should be very simple things to do - What else are they missing?
These people are useless they don't pick up the phone and their ivr phone system is broke. Nothing gets dine in this scumbag state.
