We stopped here quite often on our trips to Washington DC. This Travel Plaza has a good amount of parking, and the bathrooms are usually busy but clean. There are a good amount of fast food restaurants as well as a convenience store for just getting quick things. They keep this Plaza nice and clean, which were very happy about. We stop here both ways on our trips, usually.

The Delaware house travelers rest stop on Route 95 in in New Castle County is a very well maintained and comfortable rest stop. I make a point of stopping on my frequent return trips from Maryland. I have always found this particular stop to be very clean and well maintained. The restrooms are always hygienic. they have a nice variety of food vendors serving everything from coffee Pizza hot dogs hamburgers and Deli Foods.

Stops here for about an hour while on a bus trip to Virginia from Boston. The place was clean and there was a good selection of restaurants, however the prices were kind of outrageous. I guess I should expect that for a rest stop where people are willing to pay a lot of money for food.

If you need a rest this place is great. Restrooms are clean and easily accessible. Coffee and snacks are available. There is a pretzel store, auntie Annie’s, which is always good. Parking is good and it’s between the directions of the interstate so it’s accessible from both directions. The petrol station is alright as well with competitive prices. So, always with taking a break here.

This is the ONLY rest stop I go to, because all shops and eateries are OPEN! The added bonus of an ATM was a nice find! Pizza, pretzels, burgers, gift shoppes, etc. And a gas station, for that much needed fill-up. Plenty of places to sit, eat and relax. Walking area for your fur family. Plenty of parking spots to choose from! With EASY access back onto the highway.
