Just wanted to say I'm very picky and Deli Belly is new to me. I finally stopped in always in the area just never stopped in. Had a great Chicken Salad and Soup it was great. The employees were very helpful and nice. Clean inside and for a person who does not eat Beef or pork lots of options. I will return and have a Sandwich soon. Nice clean healthy specialty sandwich and lots to pick from. See you soon and very affordable.
My wife and I were looking for a good local sandwich shop. Deli Belly was the highest rated, so we gave it a try. Huge mistake. The sandwiches were soggy and cheap, but that was hardly the worst of it. We also ordered dessert, mine being a strawberry shortcake. As I was diving in I noticed the whipped cream had a festering mold growing on it. Not only is that disgusting, but it can be exceptionally dangerous as well if your immune system isn't performing at 100%. If you like good food, or simply not getting sick, skip Deli Belly!
Good Deli place to eat , they got boar’s head meat , the hot pastrami is my favorite, cool staff & very clean
The sandwiches here are a little dry for my preference, but they give many options like panini pressing and toasting breads, as well as soups and chips to accompany the sandwiches. Service here is not amazing but it's not bad. Just a quaint little deli with a small seating area inside and outside the store.
Loved the food. Table outside made for a nice quick relaxing lunch. Staff excellent and caring.
These sandwiches are absolutely fire. I've ordered from here for the past 2 years and every single time it tastes great. I always seem to be first in line and they provide really fast and friendly service.
I go to Deli Belly at least 2 or 3 time's a month, The quality of the meat and the bread are exceptional. I would pay extra for quality ingredients yet their prices are comparable to Jersey Mike's and it blows away Subway.
I work near this deli & order from there quite often. My sandwiches are always so delicious & neatly prepared. Rema, who i believe is the manager is always so friendly even during the lunch rush. Thank you for keeping my delibelly full...no pun intended :
Visited for first time. From out of town. Called in order, Asked for chicken salad on wheat bread. They put it on a hard role instead. Chicken salad had no flavor. 2 slivers of onion on sandwich. No mayo. Will think twice before I go here again.
Been too quite a bit of Sandwich shops throughout San Diego. Coming from the east coast, I’ve always adored the New York style sandwiches. With no luck, comes Deli Belly. Unique style receipts. Great collaboration of bread to meat to veggie ratio. Overall, great sandwiches. Always look forward to this place when I swing by the easy county.
