I visit my son in Miami every year and we always go to Deli Lane several times. Staff is friendly and efficient. The food is great and reasonably priced. 
It has both indoor and outdoor seating. There's a one-way street that isn't busy so the outdoor seating is pretty quiet and looks very nice. 
Sometimes they have live music. We've always been happy with the food. 
A few times we saw people with well behaved small dogs in the outside dining area. 
There's also a kid's menu and high chairs available.

Great place to catch a yummy bite among locals. It's a relaxed environment in the heart of South Miami.  The service team was friendly, professional, and knew the menu well.  Our waiter was able to answer questions and give great recommendations. There's street side parking (parkmeter) right in front and along the street.  You can choose seating in the deli side or the tavern side which has a sports bar feel.  The Huckleberry lemonade was excellent.  Freshly made and very refreshing.

Great place to have breakfast/lunch. Sitting available outside for you to enjoy. They have a great bfast menu. I've never been for lunch but in looking at what they have available, it's definitely worth trying. I love this place. In the heart of South Miami which gives you a chance to walk and enjoy. Blocks away from Sunset Place (shopping mall)

Great food and good service. Enjoyable place to eat outside when the weather's nice. Dog friendly. The hostess brought my pooch a bowl of water and some dog biscuits.

Love this place, Must have the Buckwheat pancakes. my wife and I eat them every time we go there. Place is great. we always get seat for breakfast. When our huge family is in town we eat here for breakfast and to yap would family happenings. We will always be going their.
