Somebody make a review in my name completely wrong. For me, "Delight Bakery & Cafe" is really great, moreover, Tim & Charlie are very talented.
Delight is a patisserie comparable to those in Paris (France), at the point that remind  me of my life there.
Something to remember/consider is that they use healthy organic flour, never bleached, never bromated, with no preservatives at all.

Recently my Father-in law purchased a sour cream (cinnamon) coffee cake, upon taking it home and trying it for dessert, he realized it was extremely dry. He called the store, and received a harsh welcoming. I might add he was chastised over the phone, and told "that is the way it is suppose to be"..."what would you like me to do", said one of the owners, my Father-in-law stated it would be nice to get my money back!
The owner when my Father-in-law went back demonstrated by putting his hand in the coffee cake, taking a major piece, sticking in his mouth, and then stating..."this is how it is suppose to taste"!
I do know that in my over 40 years in sales...the customer is always right!
Obviously, the owner thinks he's right! The owner, not only admonished my Father-in-law, he told him.."next time go buy it from Joseph's!"
Well guess what that particular day they were closed (Joseph's), and my Father-in-law has a sweet tooth, went to Delight to get chastized and berated by the owner, unacceptable, rude behavior. I have lived in the GP area for over 25 years...you will never see me or my family, and my hope is many others will never give you business for your rude behavior and I might add, bad product. I have to give them 1 star, otherwise, I couldn't post my review...does not deserve a 1 star......

Hurry up and go to this bakery.  Since walking in this place, I haven't gone anywhere else for cookies, pastries, cakes, pies, mousse.........  You name it, if they make it, you'll want it.  My favorite are the palmier cookies- I'm obsessed with them.  I guarantee you'll fall in love with both the bake goods and the owners.  Delightful!!!!

Great bakery!! The only thing missing is cakes. They sell coffee cakes but not traditinal cakes with icing. But all the bake goods are tasty and homemade!
