Friendly and helpful...alot of help so the wait isnt long...and there cakes and pastrys are great.

I would have given it zero stars if I could. I just picked up my cake from this bakery and it looked horrible. Do you not take any pride on your product! How can you call this cake finished and be proud of delivering this.  I provided a picture of what I want my daughters christening cake to look like and it looks like a couple of children baked it. I asked some writting to be done on the cake and not only did they mess it up but the date was squished in a corner because it didnt fit. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl told me that I was undercharged for the cake. Did I ask you that? And is that my problem? I payed what they quoted me on the cake! I have worked in the hoapitality industry for over 10 yrs and for someone who is experienced in this field the customer service given at this bakery is unprofessional! Plus the product delivered is not what I asked for. I want a manager to contact me asap. I had no other option than to take the cake because its my daughters christening. I live 2 blocks away from the bakery and have always been a loyal customer but not after today. I will take my business elsewhere.

I order my birthday cake from Delite every year, and I have since I was a kid. Their strawberry shortcake is the best around. They also have amazing croissants. Always good service, parking can be a hassle, but that's pretty much to be expected for the area.

Maybe it was the time of day we went (half hour before closing) but it wasnt the best quality of product, esp for the price. Their cases were filled and that shouldn't be the case if it's a fresh bakery. Idk why they were loaded with product as they were closing. You're clearly not getting good stuff in the morning if that's the case. 

The cake I got was awful. No flavor. Gelatinous covering on the slice of chocolate cake with pumpkin mousse. Literally no flavor. And I kept eating it bc I wanted to like it and felt bad that my grandma spent so much on one slid of cake, but halfway through I had to stop. It got worse. It was a soggy awful mess. Soaking wet. I've never experienced that before. Was it frozen beforehand? Bad refrigeration? So confused. And sad. 

I wanted to like it bc my grandmother loves it there, but even she was not impressed tonight. Like i said, maybe it was the timing...but when does fresh product actually happen? That's what's really bugging me.
