Very disappointed. Very curt and somewhat condescending staff work here. I did receive the option to pay my rental fee later in the month of September.. When I called back to make that payment I was told by someone named Mark to hang up and call back and they would let the call roll over to a payment center..(firstly, how tacky of a system is that in 2017?) I did just that and the call rang and rang and rang until It stopped. I called back and ended up having to leave a voicemail which was not returned. I called again and again as I was out of town, leaving messages that were not returned. When I am in town I live very far and can’t just drop in. I tried paying online and the only option on the uhaul dashboard for me is renting a new unit, not pay on an existing one! So another bust! I left multiple voicemails of which were ever returned. When I finally get in touch with Brandy it was October 4th or 6th at which point I explained in irritation what I experienced.. she stated “They have been having a problem with their phones and half of their people have been able to get through and half not”. “It’s been kinda 50/50”. I told her I live far and need to pay however the fees I needed to pay at this point made it too expensive to pay and could I have more time. She said “sure I will note the account”. I call 10/11/2017 to make a payment and the response is “I’m gonna hang up and you call right back” (this antiquated, inconvenient process again..) As I start to explain to Mark that I’ve been having issues with that... he nonchalantly and I felt in a sarcastic way replied “well there were other options you could have done like online, or come in or mailed.” (Because people still mail in payments in 2017) He hangs up I call back and I finally get the payment center after a 10 minute hold. The Representative Rodney answers.. he pullls up my information and says “we can’t accept your payment over the phone you will need to speak with someone from that location to make the payment.” “Your account is in lien status and they don’t allow phone payments on accounts with a lien.” At this point I’m over the whole process! I start to express my annoyance and disappointment I. This company and the service I received.. I got about 5 words out before Rodney cut me off and said “sir! Sorry to cut you off but I can’t take your payment, I’ll send them a message to call you. Mark Salazar will reach back out” ( The and Mark I just got off the phone with, whom told me to hang up and call back to get payment center). So I can’t even speak my frustration as a customer because nobody with any affiliation to this company listens to understand only to respond. I get a call back from Brandy (whom I spoke to last week) and she states “oh your payment has to be cash or money order. We can’t take phone payments on accounts with liens”. Now if this company had proper phone customer service skills a lot of this could be avoided. They operate as if the customer knows their complete policies and when they choose to inact them. Had instead of just rushing me off the phone every time and asked me my information to look up my account, I think a lot would have been discovered.. I could have known this information last week and already planned accordingly. I’m very displeased and will definitely advocate via social media that this location be avoided unless desperate.

NEVER RENT HERE! It's one thing to place a lock on the storage when you pay late but it's another when they cut YOUR lock off and then go into your unit when you're not around to look at your personal belongings. Kimberly and Brandy are RUDE and instead of apologizing for not being able to explain why they cut my lock off they SAT there arguing at the same time with me stating that they thought I was rude and hung up on them whenever they called which I was extremely appalled about because if I didn't want to speak with them then I would just not answer the phone. I've always complimented Brandy on how fast she picked up the pace and was able to run the place by herself. I never had any personal issues with the staff until today. Saying a customer is rude to you to justify YOUR screw that's NOT in the contract is beyond me! I will be moving out by the end of the month! Also I came in on a Sunday and they said no management was available until Tuesday. WHAT?! Plus gates are always broken! 😠✌

When we moved out there were rat dropping in both of our units. The prices were outrageous and increased multiple times each year we rented there (4 years). The person at the front desk was extremely rude when we moved out. If you are looking for a storage unit, go somewhere else!

Excellent service given by friendly staff. Kimberly was very helpful,proficient, and encouraging. Mark also made things go smooth. Great team. Receiving a good truck,at a good price(twice),along with the perfect storage space, and cheerful,caring, customer service,Kimberly definitely earned the 5 star rating! 😉
