Very nice park. Nice clean restrooms. Great duck pond and braille trail. Will visit again if ever in the area
HUGE spacious park in Cartersville. Has a Ball Parks, tennis courts, running track around the field, trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, a huge pond with a fountain in the middle, and pets are allowed. Bring your children to get their energy out. Go for an afternoon walk with your significant other. It's really peaceful. Oh and did I mention there was a pool that opens during the summer?
I love to walk on the trails in the fall. It's so beautiful, and the ducks are so cute.
Nice shade covered gravel walking trail around a pond. Has a lot of shady pine needle areas on the sides. Connects to a street path nearby. Has a lot of tennis courts at the front of the park. Huge speed bumps to knock the h out of your vehicle throughout. Seems busy mid day. If you bring a dog or cat people are very nosey to see your pet.
Beware of homeless. This man went unnoticed by rangers and was sleeping here for atleast 2hrs. I now do not feel safe walking here by myself. He was by the lake and side pavillions. Very disappointing. This used to be safe, no more.
Great walking trails with fitness locations along the trails and a duck pond that is exciting for all ages with picnic areas nearby and multiple playgrounds and ball fields and courts. This park has been a favorite of my family for 2 generations.
Beautiful park . Lots to do... pickleball, Baseball, tennis, basketball, playground, now just needs a dog park. Said it had pool, but didn't chance to see it. Little flooded today cuz rain past few weeks
Gorgeous! I didn't get a chance to fully explore, but it seemed this place had something for everyone! Trails, a lake, gazebo, tennis courts, baseball field, playground... Just simply beautiful, looking forward to going again, definitely worth the drive from Rome!
I go here often to see the ducks and geese and walk the always cool trails on hot days. Today was a great day to fly a kite and walk a puppy!
My personal favorite park in the area. The trail around the park is 2 miles. You see some duck and turtles at the pond and deer on the trail.. Perfect for a family gathering.
