Great park to explore! This is a hidden gem of Saint Charles. You can explore the park by walking through the woods, playing the the open fields, checking out the playground, or viewing the little falls that overflow from the dam after a good rain or in the spring after the snow melt. This is a really nice park and in the winter it has a nice little hill for sledding in the winter perfect for little kids since nobody really goes here for that. My kids (2 and 4) love exploring this park and refer to it as Adventure park.

We held my father's 60th birthday party here , the park district also allowed us to add on a liquor license so alcoholic beverages were able to be served. There is no physical address to the wing Avenue entrance so it's a little tough to find but well worth it because the shelter by the playground definitely sheltered us from the elements that day and everybody had a great time

Nice little get-away in the woods! Discovered an ANCIENT White Oak tree there.....BEAUTIFUL!  Smaller than I thought it appeared to be via Google search, but it's well taken care of...
