If it were not for customer service would be 5/5. Branch is great, managers are great, and so are the employees with time in. However...The tellers are often different/new faces and I do not know why; but they seem to only hire younger, condescending employees who are judgemental to say the least. I have had several nasty remarks made in regards to my current balance or direct deposits. When withdrawing or depositing money these newer employees have gone very far to put off an air of disrespect and scrutiny. Nothing against age; just seems the trend. We are all human, settle down Tellers!

This has been my bank for about 6 years now and it is great. Always very clean, organized, well-staffed, and updated. They have a simple but complete online banking system. Me and my wife have used their services many times for financial guidance and information. They have a wealth of services and information to cover the needs of their customers. I love the non-intrusive style of truly free banking that this credit union offers over the banks I have been with previously.

The staff are always great to work with and if I ever had to come in for a loan or deposit they're able to take care of it without any trouble.  The interest rates on their loans are very competitive and they significantly lowered the cost of my payments on my car.

I've had multiple bad experiences with this branch. As I type this, they refuse to give me my money that I need for bills. Stating that it isn't in my account yet but I can see it on my mobile app and it is right there. I have a 19 month old and have bills. DO.NOT.GO.HERE. THE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS!! I just experienced this with the BRANCH MANAGER!!

They're robbing their customers! I got charged $245 in fees that left me with a negative $252 balnace? That's a $7 negative balance being charged $245. How's that possible? Delta says sorry but we can take off $140 and still need you to pay us $105 or will put it on your credit report. Bunch of thieves!!!
