Would not recommend. We stayed here for a wedding two weekends ago. I was part of the wedding party and arrived about 1.5 hours before I needed to be at rehearsal. I quickly showered and noticed that the shower was not fully draining, being female with soaking wet hair with soap in it, I quickly finished showering and called maintenance. The flooding in our shower was sewer. Our toilet was clogged and we had not used it. It backed up into our shower. There were two used wash clothes under the sink. Hairs in shower. We were not offered any discount, free stay ect. We requested to speak with manager during our stay, but was given a business card. Sunday, we were offered a 25% discount by one front staff desk. We agreed to this, unfortunately, the discount was never applied and our credit card was fully charged. Tried calling manager multiple times and left voicemail, but never received a call back so this review is my last resort. Only reason I'm giving one star is because the room appeared nice externally and bed was comfortable. Maintenance staff were friendly.

The hotel was nice.  The beds, comfy... My big problem was, I was traveling with my kids and we were up all night because of the neighbor vomiting all night long. He was over served alcohol at a wedding.  I had the fabulous opportunity of shielding my 2 sons from his inebriation in the elevator. Went to the lobby at 430am and he said he'd move our room.  Not a good enough solution, had an opportunity for customer service to shine.  Didn't happen.

This place was great. I have nothing negative to say and the positive would be to long to list. One thing, if you stay Sunday AM. Do not miss the buffet at the restuarant... come to think of that DON'T miss a meal, it's fantastic.

Not sure on price as it was booked through work.  Very nice hotel and accommodating staff.  Shower was a 4/5 (how I truly rate a hotel)

Place was nice and the staff were very pleasant. Their restaurant is excellent. Only problem was that the boiler was still on  and the room was 80 pushed. They gave me a partial rebate and the room because of the heat issue.
