Beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms. Excellent and accommodating staff. Very top-level and professional hotel close to all of the downtown Waterloo amenities. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again in the future.

Great service, great location. Food was excellent. A/V system always to work flawlessly. Only issue is not knowing whether we need to pay for parking until we get in as there are no signs that day whether professional events are covered. (overnight guests and restaurant guest signs are present)

Location was close to up town and a grocery store, other restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. Hotel bar had great cocktails and $5 happy hour beers!!!! Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Small fridge available for your using with bottled water provided daily. Overall was a great stay and would go back!!

Enjoyed the clean, modern rooms. Good location. Overall service at the reception and the restaurant was good except for one server who has quite the attitude. We ordered coffee to go with our buffet breakfast before we even sat down. 30 minutes later, still no coffee so we followed up with one of the staff, who said she was not our server, she can't bring it for us and we would have to wait for the other girl to bring it to our table. We were also told that coffee takes a while to brew. Thank you for letting us know it takes over 25 minutes for you to brew coffee. It's most likely that we will return to this hotel, but will now be asking for a table served by someone else, not her.

I chose to get ready for my wedding at this hotel, expecting a good experience. It was awful and stressful. I called months in advance and requested two rooms (next door to one another). I also requested a large suite so there would be enough room for all of my bridesmaids and vendors. I called the week before my wedding to confirm the details of my reservation and was promised everything would be taken care of. When I checked in, the man at the desk was not aware of any of my original requests and told me I could only get two rooms on the same floor. They were literally on opposite ends of the floor. After getting to our rooms and realizing they were tiny, we called to request housekeeping to come around 9am so our getting ready photos wouldn’t have unmade beds in them, etc. When we returned from breakfast around 10:15, no one had been there. We called to follow up and they assured us someone would be right up. Nothing. Eventually my sister had to go downstairs to speak with someone and they offered us the same room on a different floor. We had to carry all of our stuff (including all of our dresses, etc) up to the new floor. Later that day, we called downstairs to ask if someone could help us bring our stuff downstairs to the limo. They promised someone was on their way up, but no one came. We called back and got the same promise. Nothing. The entire experience was dissappointing and stressful. Apparently booking months in advance and calling the week before to confirm all of the details didn’t mean anything to the team at this hotel. We will not be back.
