Very very dissatisfied with their interior detailing shop. What used to be $10 10 minute interior now cost $15. Which is understandable but the quality of the cleaning is very under par. They asked me where they should focus, I tell them the center console. After they finished I go in to drive away and it looks the same as it did when I got there. So I bring it back and they said it’s hard to clean with what they have, which I know is false because I was able to do it in the summer months myself. Just very lazy and poor work ethic. Other than that I love delta sonic but their detail shop needs drastic improvement.

My car has never left their wash without still having salt or dirt somewhere on it. If I drove something less common than a Nissan Rogue, I may be willing to understand, but employees both pre-drive thru and post-drive through let that go, I will stay clear of this.

My experiences here at Delta Sonic revolve entirely around the car wash which is 50/50 at best. The Gas station & car wash are always spic & span but service is entirely lagging. My suggestion would be that management might need to take a stronger hand in overseeing & listening to what appears to be mostly high school aged employees who might not be so hot at "attention to detail issues" & being that they are selling "detailing" this is a big issue. I'm trying to be kind but, was recently sold a Super Kiss car wash that was just slightly underwhelming. My ultimate recommendation might be to stick with the bare bones car wash & do it yourself for anything beyond that .. It appears to me that Delta Sonic should be well aware of these issues as I'm not the only one who appears to have had a less than enjoyable visit.

One of their machines gave me premium instead of regular so that was $10 down the drain. And if you get your car washed when they're not busy so you're not waiting in line for 30 minutes, they have less people spraying so you get less for the same price.

Went for interior detailing and they did not clean trunk at all. Had to call customerservice and went again. They cleaned the trunk but now when i look at the carpet .... Dirt is still there. Even some leaves are visible underneath seat. Paid near about $110 and received this kind of service, should have seen the reviews before getting ripped off. Delta sonic, be honest as this is someone's hard earned money you are pocketing and still not providing proper service.
