Just bought a 30 minute 3 month wax. Truck has been sitting in detail shop for over 25 minutes without being touched. If it takes 30 minutes then wouldn't that been an hour. Sitting and waiting patiently. Only time will tell if my brain explodes!

The last time I went to delta sonic, they're car wash feel apart and ruined my car I have scratches all over it and they gave a a detail gift card. That was after I got the unlimited washes and they wouldn't reimburse me, after they took the money out early. And did they don't reimburse for non-usage. I don't wanna risk going through the car wash again and getting my car ruined again... I do not like delta sonic and I definitely will not go back there...

Came for interior cleaning and oil change. Was told oil change would be 1/2 hour wait. Still waiting one and a half hours later. 
Also, watch for the upsale,  the guy is good makes it seem like something you should do instead of a question. Noticed young girls being talked into 60$ oil change because they didn't know better. Won't be back for these services again!

Came here to get gas because they are open at 6am usually, and I stop here before work and they are still closed!! The pump won't even let me get gas. And it's 6:37! This is the second one I stopped at today. The other one let me pump     
.17 cents in gas but wasn't even pumping. Someone finally just came out and said all the registers at all locations around here are currently down!! Are you kidding me. Complete waste of my time, and no gas before work. This is ridiculous. Now I gotta pay retard prices for gas somewhere else when I save with the Delta Card and be late for work. Thanks for nothing.

Last year,  got an oil change there,  they forced my hood shut without taking the arm down. Tried to say they couldn't see anything on the video.  3 weeks ago got an inspection (was told it'd be a 1.5 hour wait ended up being 3.5 hours) and they passed it even though today I'm having my breaks replaced because they were metal on metal. Won't be going back there,  not for gas or a car wash.... not sure how they can stay in business with service like that.
