On feb 27th i went to get my interior done. Well i have unlimited wash and interior. This was my 1st time getting interior done since i had the plan. Well, the employee said he dosent see where i have unlimited interior.  I said well i do. He said this time will be a courtesy.  Well on 3/2 my bank charged my monthly unlimited interior fee. I even called the customer service number and they said the same thing. Its amazing they hurriedly take your money for the so called "deals" and now they tell me oh we'll do it this 1 time. And I'm still waiting for someone to return my call. Business is something these days and now I can't get through to anyone. Smh

TL:DR, tried selling my wife $70 service she didn't need.

Wife went for an oil change since we were going to eat at Anderson's afterward. Oil change went well but they tried to sell her a coolant flush since "it was low" but she turned them down, since I'm an automotive engineer at GM and can top it off myself until we take it in with it's extended warranty. Stop at the store to pick up coolant and when I get home amd check the levels everything is right where it should be. No leaks or anything.

I love coming to this place. Every 2 months I get my car wash, detail, and oil change and everyone here's always super friendly

Have an unlimited super kiss pass at delta sonic. I usually go to the one in Amherst at the corner of Maple and Niagara Falls Blvd., which has much better service than this place. 

Went in for one pass, and there was a bunch of bird poop on my rear window (was quite visible, hence the reason for the visit) Went through once and it was barely removed. Went through a second time, thinking employees would see and catch it, nope left there once again. Will not be coming here again.

SCAM ARTISTS: They charge $60 for a synthetic oil change, then told my girlfriend she needed coolant flushed. She just had it done 6 months ago but since she does not know anything about cars, she agreed. Went in for an oil change...walked out paying $250. They will always find a way to upcharge you.
