I would like to start out by saying thank you to Mr Ricciuti and his law firm.

I first contacted Mr Ricciuti about my legal situation about three weeks ago. I had left Pennsylvania for Denver 2.5 years ago while on felony probation. I explained to him that I had to leave Denver for a fresh start and had been living an honest life since then. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me.

From the first phone call I felt very reasured because he let me know that he could help. His communication was very clear and concise throughout the whole process and I was never left wondering what was happening. I received an update via phone call at least once a week and every time I called the office I was connected immediately. I even called his cell phone one time by accident and he called back in 30 seconds. 

Mr. Ricciuti explained to me that he would petition the head of probation to release my case and the for the judge to release my warrant. One week after contacting the firm Mr Ricciuti told me that the head of probation was ok with it and one week after that the judge released the warrant.

I am now free from worry and can go on with my life. I can't recommend this Guy enough. Thank you again Randall.

I would and have recommend this law firm many times. I just can't say enough about them. They took my sons case,and every time my son called them they took the calls and everyone was great with me explaining what was going on. Years later when I called for advice they remembered who I was and helped me. Thank you isn't enough! If you need someone to represent you look no further! They fought hard for my son he was looking at 15-30 and they got it down to 4-8.

A business dispute developed into career ending felony criminal charges filed against me.  Frightened and with nowhere to turn, I reached out to Mr. DeLuca.  He made me feel at ease, explained the process and in short, made my nightmare go away.  Professional, timely, compassionate, and a true legal scholar.  Without question, this Man reflects great credit to the Bar and the Fifth Judicial District.  This is the Team you want when the deck is stacked against you.  Recommended with my highest enthusiasm.

Attorney Ricciuti was the gentleman to handle my case!  He was absolutely amazing!   I'm an so grateful I had him on side to walk me through the very confusing and stressful legal process.  I was also very comforting to see how everyone from the police all the way to the judges knew and respected him so much.   Thank you Mr Randy Ricciuti for all you have done for me!
