I dropped off my comforter last week. I called today to see if it would be ready but no one answered. I called several times before I decided to drive there to find out an answer to my simple question. The lady who greeted me let me know with an attitude that they don't answer the phone when they are busy. She then let me know that my comforter would be another week, but even then not guaranteed. Their customer service skills are terrible so here I am sitting in their parking lot writing this review.

I've been taking my clothes here for over two years (work uniforms and dress shirts once to twice a week). The staff is always helpful, they can usually get my stuff back to me in 24hrs and my clothes always look great. If there is ever a problem (stain, missing button) they report it to me when I go in to pick my stuff up. Highly recommend!

then, they damaged one of my wife's suits. not only did they refuse to accept responsibility, the owner never called. the clerk, Sonia, was terribly rude. the owner, Nisar seems to be unavailable.

so, we have taken our cleaning elsewhere. we are professionals, my wife a nurse, i am a cpa. we are explaining to our clients, associates the facts and asking them not to support this business. 

we normally spend over one hundred dollars a month here. their decision to be rude and unprofessional is going to result in a loss of business of well over two thousand dollars a year. stay away from here.
