Poor service. My daughter was a walk in- there were other walk ins behind her that they did first. Waited in car for her, for over an hour and a half. Also price more than told over the phone. They said 25 but charged 40 for nails.

The staff are friendly and lively. The pedicure felt so relaxing and my nails came out great! The nail tech was extra careful.

I gave this place 4 stars because I went Sat. morning when they opened with daughters, my sister and my niece. I got a pedi and my nails dipped.  Got a great Pedi but the nail tech sucked.  1st my nails were too long which I told him I wanted them shorter, then he tried to get me to change my color because the color I wanted was being used, finally he made them so thin that by Monday morning they were breaking.  I went back on Monday explained what happened and why I was unhappy. I even had my receipt just in case. The woman who I spoke to looked at my nails and told me she would have it taken care of.  She was very nice even Tom who redid my nails was great. It's that customer service and professionalism that will keep us coming back.

This was my second visit to this place. The first time I paid $65. I got dipped nails, a pedicure, and I was impressed. The picture below is what I received yesterday. This was my second visit. I paid $85 for what I found to be a gel manicure and a pedicure. Although I specifically asked for a full set and then later reiterated that I would like my dipped nails removed and yellow dip to replace it. I believe the confusion came when they didn't have yellow dip. The guy showed me a yellow nail in a book and I said I like it. Had I know it was just polish I more than likely wouldn't have agreed...my bad for not knowing nail terminology. I have NEVER paid $47 for a pedicure and my nails are see through, they're SUPER thin, and VERY ugly. I asked them to fix them and told them thats not what I asked for. I told that I needed to pay more but a discount price to fix his mistake. The guy argued with me about what I wanted. He was rude. He refused to speak English, which I thought was the official language. This situation could have been avoided if maybe we had a mediator that spoke both languages, or if they at least hired people who can communicate with the clients. For the amount of money I spent there I at least expected to get what I asked for. I feel like I've been robbed. This place is very expensive for what you receive and they're extremely unprofessional in dealing with complaints. I will never go back.

The service wasn't terrible, the women who did my pedicure did a fabulous job! However, I got dipped nails and left with my crusty left overs all over my fingers after 2 hours of getting the dipping powder on. I also feel that I got ripped off a little. I got gel polish on my toes and they charged me an extra $20 just for the polish. On top of my already $40 pedicure. I find this to be high as everywhere else I have gone usually only charges me $5 extra for gel. I will not be going back.
