Went and was told I would get a 20% off on something I wanted. Turned out that the 20% was not applicable. Got a bikini wax done, and oh my goodness it was absolutely horrendous. I would not recommend, just don't do it. I can't speak for the whole staff though it just so happened that I got someone who was abrasive and rough. I did get a pedicure and my nails turned out nice but gosh I really wanted to like this place because it looks very nice and the atmosphere seems very peaceful but my overall experience was not the greatest. I honestly wanted to tell them that I did not want to pay for the waxing service because of the discomfort that I felt but I did not want to cause a scene. The only reason why I gave 2 stars was because my pedicure turned out nice, but I will not be coming back because the service is rushed.

I honestly believe they are to busy to care if they do good work. I repeatedly told them what my daughter wanted for her Military Ball. Black almond stiletto nails. With a white flower design that wraps her nail. The lady made her nails crooked and the flowers were the worst I have ever seen. When she put the top coat on the flowers smeared. Thanks for making her nails jacked up. We will never be going back.

Danny did an excellent job on my nexgen nails. He'd probably be the only one I'd ever see but they're definitely overpriced.

Really courteous and friendly! Will not over sale you and not pushy either, massage chairs and really clean, pedicures and manicures are awesome my sister and fiance love the color selection they have!
