I am so honored to work with the staff at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home to make all the arrangements that are needed for my loved ones. The staff is so kind and caring. They listen to the needs of the families that they work with. And very respectful of all of our wishes. You are not just working with a funeral home, you are working with people that truly care about you!

Written on behalf of Joe- The entire staff at DeMarco Stone was supportive, compassionate and professional for me and my family when my father passed away. I have the utmost respect and confidence in them. Their comforting ways and words meant more than I can say. They took a sad time and made it less stressful.

My mother had donated her body to science. For years she was confident that we would not have to worry about her final arrangements. Then suddenly she died and we were informed that although her donation was very much appreciated it was declined.
In a state of shock we now had to deal with her final arrangements.  We contacted DeMarco-Stone (they handled our father's arrangements years ago) and were most kind and compassionate in our time of sorrow.
Not only did Larry, the funeral director take time to discuss with us what our options were he also let us know we could contact him with any questions. 
When my brother and I went to speak about our decisions the staff were compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They allowed us to discuss options freely until we figured out how to proceed and honor our mother by doing what she had discussed with us so many times in the past. 
Every time we called someone spoke with us with compassion and professionally.
The day of the service we were reminded that if there was anything that we needed to not hesitate to call upon DeMarco-Stone. 
We were very pleased with the genuine and professional manner we were treated throughout the entire process of making and completing the final arrangements for our mother.

Terrible customer service. Complete lack of empathy or care for the family of the deceased. Staff members arguing in front of pallbearers and making decisions for where to eat during services clearly heard by all. Direct funeral prosessional to park in unsafe locations and will not accept responsibility for damages incured.  No one needs to endure such awful service at a time of loss. Would give 0 stars if allowed.
