Worst experience ever! Whoever operates the phone line is the most rude and condescending person I have ever spoken too. They don't care about their customers. I will definitely not be ordering books from them again.

I ordered textbooks online not knowing that I was ordering from this store. I thought it was the bookstore on campus as I do not live in Natchitoches. Anyway I made a trip from Shreveport to Natchitoches to pick up my books only to find that the bookstore keeps weird hours. They close at 3:00 p.m. Who does that? The bank doesn't even close that early. Anyway, I didn't want to waste a trip so I got my books from Campus Corner and called the next day to cancel my order. Per the email and website my order was still in processing meaning it wasn't even complete yet. However, when I called I was told that the day I made the trip to Natchitoches only to find the store close was the last day for refunds and that I could not refund the books that I NEVER received after going back and forth on the phone for about 30 minutes with who I presume to be the manager of the store I was told very bluntly that they would process a refund but not to do it next time. Oh there will be no next time. So four days later I check my NSU account only to find that the manager did not honor his agreement but billed me for books I never received and not only that but billed me way over what the online account says was charged to my NSU acccount????!! As I write this, I am on hold with the Student Accounting department. I am outraged and will never do business here again!!! I suggest you save yourself some heartache and pain. Campus Corner does price matching so even if they offer it at a lower rate. Just print out their prices and go to Campus Corner where the service is better and honest!! *** Worth mentioning, I say Campus Corner for the old schoolers but the younger kids know it as Neebo.
