This company was great easy to deal with and fast with getting to my house and installing the hot water heater.

Got the work done after a few followup visits to fix the poor work. The guy who came out was fairly rude and only fixed things when asked and even then protested with statements like "what difference does it make." I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more customer service oriented plumber.

Needed a backflow valve tested per city of GR, as well as a repair on that line. Den was able to come out the next day and take care of it. He and his assistant were running behind due to the previous appointment, but called to let me know. They completed the work as requested and were professional while they were here. Quoted price was less than an alternative quote, and was billed accurately. Would call again.
