Mr. Stone was the attorney of record when I purchased my home in Homestead back in 1995. He was the sellers attorney. I was so impressed by his professionalism that 22 years later I hired Mr. Stone to be the closing agent attorney for me selling the same property. Mr. Stone was super fair rate wise and guided me throughout the entire selling process. He was full of information that he shared freely so that I (his client) could benefit from his expertise. I have hired attorney Stone for several disputes with tenants that have decided to ignore the terms on the leases. The last case was an eviction. Dennis is extremely professional and detail oriented which is crucial to speed up the eviction process, as no landlord is in the business of falling for the scammers that know the eviction process and are constantly looking to enjoy free rent. This town is full of scammers. Having a good attorney like Dennis Stone for landlords in Dade County

This guy is THE BEST!  I have used Dennis for Seller Representation and for Evictions.  NO ONE beats Dennis Stone on evictions.  The best part about Dennis is that he is an educator.  He loves to take the time to talk to you about your situation.  Dennis is direct, very respectful of his and YOUR time.  He is meticulous and is VERY hands on from beginning to end.  DO NOT hesitate to call Dennis, the minute you think you may need him.  Best advice is to call him BEFORE you do.  I LOVE working with Dennis, because I always learn something from him, that I can use in my business.  I wish all my customers would work with him.
