The cook was fresh off the jailhouse yard. The waitress was sweet but clueless and messed up 3/4 orders. There was no upper management and the entire team that was working was a loud, maniacal joke from the middle school yard. Every review we read before going was tragic and they certainly proved them right. Make your own late night breakfast at home. Save your coins.

My husband and I went there to have a much later dinner. About 2 weeks prior to us going in for a bite to eat, I mentioned to our waitress, Candace, that when we had come in then we were there to have dessert. That's really all we had in mind. After about 10 minutes of waiting for our banana splits to be made..our waiter then was the Manager of Denny's. Basically he came to our table and told us they were out of everything to make them. So, we decided to just order breakfast. Going back to our waitress Candace who treated us well, I asked her if they had all the fixings to make us a banana split once we were finished with our meal. She said that she'd get the order right in. As fast as it went in, it was back out that quick!!! It was a huge bowl that my husband and I could eat out of together. We tipped Candace well. Thank you, Candace.

Tammy (the server) specifically was extremely unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for Tammy to take my payment. Tammy was serving a party of two and they got up and stood in line behind me after they finished their meal. She ignored me and took their payment before mine in spite of knowing I was standing there for a very long time waiting for her to take payment for my to-go order. A long wait time for a simple half order of nachos is just as unacceptable as having to hear Tammy gossip with her co-workers about my inquiry about a certain manager being on duty at the time. Should I ever decide to dine in this restaurant I would make sure Tammy never serves me. She's an absolutely unacceptable employee with no sense of professionalism. You would think that I did something wrong to her or said something bad to her. That was just not the case; I stood there and watched her the entire time up until she took my payment.

Horrible and non-existent service. After we were seated, we waited 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Never even looked our way and we were in clear view of the hostess station. They weren't busy as there were only 3 other tables besides ours. People seated after us got waited on. When we finally left, the hostess, a waitress and a cook we're all standing around the hostess station talking. Never again!

Always satisfying usually crowded but it's expected and the employee accommodate with respect and acknowledgement.
