The place is quite big, but not busy at 9 pm. There"re some homelesa in front of the door, so kind of worry to go there if others places are closed. The foods are good, the service is just ok, only came 1 time when we called for more coffee. The reatroom is unlocked. There's a homeless came in and when the server got out from the kichen, he got out quickly.
We dined in for breakfast on a very busy Sunday. The manager promptly cleaned off a table and seated us. About 4 different servers asked if we had everything we needed. We ordered a fit slam and a chicken fried steak, both were delicious! Coffee and water was filled promptly. The atmosphere was buzzing there were so many customers. To watch the Denny’s team work like a well oiled machine was impressive to say the least. I was a very happy customer with a full belly! Denny's is Denny's. The food was adequate. Decent portions and not badly cooked or presented. The service was where this store shined today. Our waitress was upbeat and energetic. She interacted with everyone with respect, even the homeless woman who didn't want to leave when we arrived and the second homeless woman who tried to argue about leaving then did leave when the waitress wouldn't engage and be ugly. I ordered limp bacon and instead I received cold and crunchy bacon. She noticed and even though I said it would be fine as I didn't want to add extra work for her, she ordered fresh bacon and then stayed at the table until I tried it and was satisfied. I didn't expect 4 star food from Denny's. I go there as my mom used to take me there in the '70's and it's a pleasant memory of a gentler life before I grew up. My sister is older and knows she can always eat there and feel safe with their ingredients. Like I said at the beginning, I want expecting a high end restaurant experience and, in that, it didn't disappoint. This location excelled in their choice of the waitress they had on staff. She handled everything going on in the store that day with a smile and a flip of her hair. She ran herself ragged as the only waitress on the floor, but still took time to ensure the bacon was as ordered when she could have taken my acceptance of the misorder and kept on running. One less thing for her to worry about. She also, in all the running, she never lost her smile. Wheelchair accessibility: Once you get inside, everything is wide open.
Placed A curbside order it stated that it would be ready at 9:40am-9:45am. I got there between the designated time 9:42 to be exact waited over 15 minutes. No one had brought my order so then I called the store, before I got transferred to the store I had to speak to a representative, so once she transferred me, it rang and hung up. So I called again and advise the representative that it rang and hung up, so this time she placed me on a hold and she called directly. She got back on the line and stated that she tried three times and it kept hanging up. She then advise me that there’s nothing that she could do on her end that I would have to get out. So at this point I had to get out, so THERE WAS A REASON WHY I PLACED A CURBSIDE ORDER AND WHY IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE AS TO WHY I HAD TO GET OUT. Once I got out the manager Ybarra asked me “for 1” I said no I have a curbside order and that I had been waiting over 15minutes he looks at me and says ok then I respond ok, he then gets my order as I tell him how long it had been waiting he said as long as it said it was ready. By this time I had asked if he was the manager he responded yes. I then told him if he could remake the order as it was there for over 15 minutes. He says that it’s warm he then opens the containers and says look it’s still warm, I asked him again to remake the order as it was there for more than 15 minutes, at this time he says alright. His responses were very unprofessional and he looked at me like if I was dumb is how I felt. He tells his cooks to remake it he comes back and tells me that they would bring it out to me. A few minutes later his waitresses tell him things and say that curbside is not priority and he comes back and tells me that it would be 20 minutes a few minutes after he told me that they would bring it out to me. Very disappointing as I have worked in customer service and I was a waitress before as well. People now days have no customer service skills. Very unfortunate to have managers and staff that cannot handle these situations professionally.
Today I took my son for lunch from the beginning was greeted, served, and paid my bill with Manesh B. I was Impressed with the excellent customer service we experienced from taking our drink order, ordering our meal, we received our food fast hot and tasted great!! Very happy with our experience. This place is lucky to have such an outstanding employee!! Because of Manesh my family will back!
Came in to Denny's for a business meeting. Super busy super packed service was okay. I understand it was busy. On a Sunday Morning. The food is great. I ordered the Mediterranean grilled chicken with brussel sprouts. Some fries and some toast. #kingdomgraphixx
The food was great, but my girlfriend and I ended up on the toilet if you know what I mean all day after! I had a spinach, mushroom, sausage, and cheese omelet. I only ate half. This Denny's is always short-handed when it comes to employees.Food: 5/5
The food is good, there's no doubt about that. The problem with this one is the bathroom smell when you enter. It's pretty bad. I can hardly smell it when I sit down, but when you first walk in, it's bad. I've been here a dozen times, and it's never gotten better. They really need to fix that.Food: 5/5

After they were shut down and reopened - Not what it used to be with the 1 little young dude running the whole place and 1 cook. Idk what the case is but it’s bad service. I just walked out after the only person in the place wearing crocs baggy jeans and a chain didn’t look like he worked there told me they gonna go on break so not taking anymore orders like I said only person there but still couldn’t take my 1 person order
