I am 5 months pregnant and had a hankering for some late night pancakes with hash browns and bacon. My fiancée and I ordered two pancake slams for pick up. One was with cinnamon pancakes and one was with the double berries, both with extra sausage and bacon, which we gladly paid for. We ordered two milkshakes as well. When we picked up the order, the women who appeared to be the manager explained that they did not have any milk to make the milkshakes… we just accepted two juices instead since we had already paid as that was not a huge deal. When we got home with our slams… there was a worse outcome… the cinnamon roll pancakes did not have frosting to go with them and the berry pancakes had one massive pile of blueberries right in the middle where the whole glob just fell out due to there not being any pancake dough to hold the actual pancake together. The dough for that order was not cooked all the way through either. There were NO STRAWBERRIES OR BANANAS. The potatoes were not cooked for either order, the extra meat that we had paid for did not make it home with us, and the only thing that looked like it might have been cooked correctly… the over medium eggs… had a HUGE chunk of egg shell that I almost bit into. THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE MY FIANCÉE AND I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!!! Terrible food and terrible service, all for a take out order. It’s either extreme laziness and/or idiocracy. I never write bad reviews for restaurants as I’ve been in the industry for most of my life, but this was the hands down WORST dining experience for either of us and I am deservedly so writing this as it is shocking to me how anyone in there right mind could mess up a breakfast meal as badly as this one was. This deserves NO STARS!!! I threw mine away and wasted $50 on inedible food. Just TERRIBLE!!!

Louise was an amazing server! She made our breakfast enjoyable. We have a nine month old baby and she made an effort to find something to keep her entertained. Food was also great. Serving sizes are more than enough for any person to eat.  Will definitely be back.

I visit many Denny's locations for a quiet place to do my work and this location off of 6th Ave. and Union in Lakewood is always a good experience! Jen is such a wonderful and talented server that is always pleasant to interact with and has such a happy demeanor as well as fluency in her ability to handle multiple orders and very seldom making mistakes! Jen definitely makes visiting this establishment much more enjoyable for not only myself, but also my guests and clients! Would recommend visiting this Denny's!

The service here is always so friendly and respectful, I love coming in for this reason mainly. The food falls a bit short on how it tastes overall, but it's pretty good for what it is. The atmosphere is great despite the location itself, the arrangement just throws me off a bit. Overall great!Food: 4/5

Jennifer is super helpful with my indecision tonight and made sure I was able to order exactly what I wanted food was brought in a Timely manner. This Denny's location is very clean during my late night visit even with a steady flow of customers.Food: 5/5

Great place for the kids as long as you watch their sugar intake. Every item on the kids menu is like dessert for breakfast.  Great service, friendly people, and affordable prices.  Plus, they are kind of to offer a military discount. It’s a great place.  Dietary restrictions: They need a lot more low calorie low sugar options for kids, and better options for non-greasy food.

The food was great. The facility was clean and lively. There is no doubt that we will be going back. Our waitress Samantha was by far the greatest we have had. She was relatable, funny and attentive.Food: 5/5

This morning Saturday, my wife and I stopped at this location for breakfast.  We were quickly seated.  Our server, Samantha, quickly stopped at our table and took our drink orders.  When she returned with our coffee she pleasantly took our food order.  My wife commented, “She’s really good.”  In less than 10 minutes, our food arrived and it was hot, presentable, and honestly really good.  I also noticed other employees friendly interaction with other customers.  Tables were also quickly cleaned once customers left.  I will add, it had been about a year since we last ate here.  In those previous visits, we left a little disappointed.  So whatever they have done with personnel, training, etc, it’s working.  Keep up the great work.  It won’t be another year before we come back.  Samantha, thank you.  You really did an exceptional job.
