If there was an option where I can do no stars I would so qualify it like that. Not for costumer services but for how my cup of coffee was dirty. I asked the waitress to please change my husband's and my cup but once she came back with the other cup of coffee it was simply worse. It had dry stains of coffee and lipstick.
My orders here has never been properly done,it's either they don't add cutlery or give you burnt steak instead of medium well or change ur sides from what you choose. Each time I try again every time I get disappointed. I love Dennis but am not lucky with this branch.
It was a great experience the costumer service incredible, place is cozy as well you can spend a good time here. Only thing that wasn't great was the food, it is good don't get me wrong but the amount of salt was a tad extra.

Tonight I went to dinner with my grandson and my daughter, I was at the entrance for more than 15 minutes and no one attended me at all, they only looked at the people who were waiting to be served or offered to sit down, the manager passed by. and 2 servers, they only looked at us out of the corner of their eyes and never asked if we were going to have dinner there or to take away!!! but if they had time to go to collect the check of 3 people they already withdrew !!! There were no more than 3 tables that were served, only 2 orders on their screens, and according to the manager, they were very busy and there was no staff to serve us!!!! She looked annoyed with attitude and bad! If you don't like your job, quit! I chose to retire, it was the first time I went to that place, and my experience was terrible and I don't plan on going back to that place!!! lousy customer service!!!!!! I hope they put more efficient employees with a good attitude!!!!
Lady with red hair seems like manager but she didn’t even attend me I been here like 5 or 10 minutes with no help from employees. Then they said food will be ready in 2-3 minutes but actually taking way longer for an order that was placed online
Enjoyed my meal I had some Buffalo wings served to me by Maria friendly server amazing service. Definitely coming back to visit.Food: 5/5
The first thing I noticed walking in here is that the place is sweltering hot. No A/C? Why? Then there were lots of people waiting to be seated, no big deal it was a Sunday around noon that's understandable. The biggest problem was the service. Took forever to get basic things like water, napkins and salt. Had to flag down the waitress because she never once stopped at my table to see if I needed anything. Then she would leave for so long that I wondered if shed forgotten. I wondered if it was just me being ignored but when I looked up there were no waitresses at ANY of the tables. Lots of kids screaming which I actually didn't mind because I like kids but it's not for everyone. There are waves of heat radiating from somewhere in the restaurant every few seconds and I can't even drink water because my glass has been empty for 20 minutes. Eggs were good, turkey bacon was good though very undercooked. Pancakes tasted weird. I'm not from here, is poor service just an L.A. thing?
Seated at a little before 4:00pm. It’s now 4:17pm and we were asked for our order. There’s only 5 tables and there’s 4 woman I see just standing around in the back. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to take our order let alone asking if we want any drinks. I’m always having to wait. I’m not going to give one star only because our server Myesha was friendly and nice. P.S. Food was good.
The food was delicious just as expected from any Denny's! We had the featured tres leches pancakes and they were amazing! The California humidity was tough since they kept an exit door propped open but I did notice a sign regarding the a/c being out.
