the new French toast slam was very delicious I was offer chelate chips on the and it was amazing gave it a great flavor. my server/manager was very helpful and kind he got everything I asked for and always kept checking in witch was great. busy morning and restaurant was very clean. amazing staff and positive vibes feel was given witch was nice.
Food was amazing and came out hot and perfect how I asked for. Shout out to the cooks and the server say less was outstanding very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and love the decorations. My visit was just great am job who ever the manager is.Food: 5/5
The food was great, but the service was freaking AWFUL! You all need ta do an ENTIRE over haul, and hire new waitresses, hostesses, all that That was a few months ago. I'm happy to say that they have stepped their game up. Service is much much better.
The waitress was really nice, but didn’t come back and ask how are food was no refills on our drinks. We had to get moved to another table because the first one was dirty. Our food was a little cold when we got it.
I've eaten at this Denny's store several times when I travel to Oakland. The food is always good. The breakfasts are solid and I tried the grand slam burger was really good. Seasoned fries were not bad. Service was friendly but a little slow and the bathroom could use a little more attention. But was not dirty. Overall a good experience.
What is a grand slam without the French toast or the pancakes?!... I Spent $44 on food for my family and only one meal was right. I ordered the pumpkin pancakes. I wouldve took regular pancakes or even French toast. But I didn't get the option. I ordered a value Slam again no pancakes. I ordered pumpkin pie pancake puppies. It was Not even in the bag...I also ordered a whole Pumpkin Pie, but was giving a pecan pie. ?! What if I'm allergic to it ?!..or if I even like it. ?!.. Then when I called, I was told they tried to call... I was sitting right in the car the whole time in the parking lot..while a person was the inside waiting for my order all they had to do was ask that person. The manager said he will refund my money and hung up on me.. Still to this day I have not got my refund..I had to call corporate for my refund. Never again would I go to that location. They should be a lot better then this because they're so close to the Oracle and there's so many sporting events and concerts that happen. They should be better supplied.
Well it was nice to find a place on the side to park a tractor trailer , but definitely want to lock your doors . Stole vehicles being stripped on the side street was interesting . The service was good for the most part . But the food was nice and satisfying. Just watch your six in Oakland CA . Parking: Large parking lot , not to accessable for a big rig , I got mine in there but if the lot fill up your screwed ! Kid-friendliness: People are nice Wheelchair accessibility: Single level sidewalk to lobby.
The food is okay but there are so many homeless people Campers and broken down vehicles animals trash around in the area. But let me say this .. no one was begging for anything, or maybe I got there too early.Food: 3/5
Restaurant was very clean and friendly staff. The food was delicious and had a great taste. Was made just how I wanted. The food came out fast and my server 5 star service. Will stop by again for sure.Food: 5/5
Ordered 2 strawberry milkshake's and 1 vanilla and this is what was delivered to me. I had pieces of plastic in mine see pics EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THANKS AMPILIOFood: 1/5
