I was taking my mother to breakfast, and she chose Denny's.
When we got there, there were several people standing at the register, and no one in sight. One person walked out, without paying, because no one was tending the register.
After several minutes of standing there, with no one acknowledging the fact that ten people were standing in the front of the restaurant.
I then went to let a server know what was going on in the front, and one smart mouthed, rude, obnoxious server says....that's too bad, we're a little busy!!
I'm sorry, I have worked in restaurants and other customer service fields, and nothing that happened in this restaurant, at approx 9:15 this morning, resembled customer service.
My mother and I left, and will not be back, and I suggest others do the same, until they can get people in there who are polite and customer service oriented!!!
By the way, my mother and I had a delightful breakfast at WINGER'S, with great service and friendly people!!

Food is always great here. However, the waiter, Cody, just seemed to really not dig working here. Was definitely a negative Nancy. Put me in a slightly dampened mood. Would not recommend Cody, other than to a therapist.

The manager treated us horribly. Worst dining experience. Food was cold after waiting 90 minutes to receive it after we ordered. The only redeeming part of the experience was our waiter Cody who tried to help and apologized profusely. Manager said she would comp all the kids meals and then didn't. Would not recommend this Dennys to anyone. Charged for a meal I could of went to the store bought the ingredients and went home and made in the time it took to get it cold.

Service was terrible. Had a huge group of 21 people. But, the waitor wasnt having it with us. We felt bad so we decided to tip big. But after our service experience. I can't imagine giving our waitor a tip. Never coming back again.
