Maybe we arrived on a rush hour gap?? but we had to request to be seated since the line to pay were non-stop loading (even with 2 little ones nobody seamed to care for it). Then when seated the waitress told us she had 18 orders before ours but we chose to wait anyways.  
After 40' waiting we heard the next table complaining about more than an hour waiting for their order so we asked and we still had 8 orders ahead. We decided to pay for our coffee and go another place.

Went to have breakfast and was told by the host it would take a while (I'm okay with that, totally understand) but overheard a waitress ask the host "Where are we going to sit them all?" (We are a family of 6) To what sarcastically the host respondes "I don't know, I told them it will take a while". 
I went in to enjoy a breakfast with my family, there was no need for all of that, they could've said "We don't have the space" not try to make us wait there till they decided.

Just walked out, I waited to be seated a couple cane up and paid n left,  sever never acknowledged me and walked off! He literally came up to the register 3 times one other time he had another server with him,  neither acknowledged me and walked off! Then a party of 5 walked in he came promptly n seated them while I was standing there, still never acknowledged me! Finally found a manager explained what happened and she asked do you want to be seated, i responded not anymore explained the situation and walked out! It's hard enough to go to a restaurant by myself and then to be totally ignored is not acceptable! There was very minimal customers in there for me to be treated that way! I will never be back there!

Before going to Carlsbad park we ate here mid afternoon. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was one waitress working the entire restaurant. The manager did assist but this waitress didn't miss a thing. She was friendly and didn't complain. Excellent servicer today and the food was good.

Poor cusomer service! We waited for seating way to long ! People that can in after us on the wait list were seated ahead of us even though same number in party! The person taking care of seating just disapeared !
