If I could have given no stars I would have! What a bad experience. We had a nice waitress who was doing the best with what was a terribly managed and badly staffed restaurant. Firstly she says there is no bacon or hash browns (on a Sunday afternoon). The food took ages to arrive, which we did not say anything about. One part of my mam's meal didn't arrive until after she was finished (it was not busy). Mine was supposed to have two chicken strips, there was one chicken strip and one dry, crusty mozzarella stick that had no mozzarella in it. The waitress asked the kitchen for another chicken strip, I took a bite of the one I had and it was cold. Quickly enough I was given two more chicken strips, bit one and it was warmer, not hot, but better, continued eating and only when I took a second bite I realized the chicken was RAW, not underdone, not rare, RAW. It turned my stomach. The waitress was attentive and informed the manager but he barely looked up at her and never approached the table to apologize. The waitress had my meal removed from the bill but the manager was so rude and unprofessional and clearly was not managing anything about the restaurant. To top it off the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and dripping on me. Ruined my day in Busch Gardens and at a concert that night, did not get on one ride/attraction, could not eat for the rest of the day.

We were glad to see a 24 hour restaurant open  near our house considering are location. It was good to see a staff work together for sake of the customer. But only two employees is not enough for the grave yard shift. Food was tasty and hot and served fast even tho the waitress  had four tables walk in at same time ( 6top - 3 top-and two 2 tops) .All and all we will go back. Just hope to see maybe one more employee working.

Went for a late nite bite and was greeted by a smile. I ordered nachos. The service was Awesome. The food...Awesome. Thx

I ordered take out, grand slam which, 1/2 order of Zesty Nachos, and 2 over medium eggs. I got home to see that I didn't get my eggs. I called to inform them and see if I could get my money back for the eggs. The manager said that they scrambled the eggs in for the sandwich. I told him I'm not that stupid. Either way get your receipt and double check your order before leaving they will jip you if possible.

Horrible experience worst staff ghetto and  no customer service waited 30mins only to be served wrong drinks and still waiting on my appetizer. When asked how much longer the flat out said "that table is going to have to wait" avoid at all costs!!! Never again will I go there
