Really disappointed in our visit tonight. When we first walked in we stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes while our waitress and kitchen staff were talking and laughing in the kitchen.  Staff swearing up a storm in the kitchen where 5+ tables could clearly hear from start to finish. One kitchen guy was wearing a hat sideways, both with headphones in yelling to each other and not wearing gloves. I am not kidding when I say this but I saw the guy with the hat place a steak on a plate with his bare hands in the serving window. And the manager on duty not giving a care in the world. Standing around watching what was happening and not doing a thing beside talking to the staff like they were best friends. The bathrooms are filled with crickets. Very unprofessional, nasty restaurant.  We were giving them a 2nd chance after seeing how disrespectful another manager was to our waitress who was actually doing her job. We will not be back.

Let me preface this by saying I've never reviewed anything online in my life. But when you have 5 employees walking past not one acknowledging your existence that's pretty bad. Oh and that's happened 3 separate occasions. The last time they were ignoring someone trying to pay for their meal up front too. It was not busy in the slightest. We sat there 30 min with no service and walked out. Drive the 4 extra miles to the Denny's on 22nd St. They had ONE waitress working the whole restaurant and she was amazing.

This is the best Denny's I have ever been to. I was there in the evening and everyone I delt with was autistic or in some way mentally challenged. I absolutely loved it! Great people decent food.

I thought I'd give it one more chance. It was the best senior breakfast I've had in a long time. I've walked out before because of bad service.  But you have some quality people in there, and I gave it one more chance. I'm glad I did. But you have some with the "California attitude".  That is that is they think that the customer is lucky that they are there. I lived in California for 40 years.

Waitress was friendly and attentive during breakfast rush. Food was good, coffee not so much so. Not gourmet coffee, but it's a Denny's. Bold coffee is a personal preference and while I may not particularly like weak coffee, others may.
