Wool coat Came out worse than before. I gave them a wool duffel coat to clean. What I got had even more dirt and lint, that I had to remove them by hand. The leather on the coat for the buttons were dried up and cracked when I got it back. It cost me $18 to ruin a $300 coat. I didn't raise any fuss, but I cannot go back and cannot recommend the services provided. What a shame.

I don't dislike it. They just need to remodel, clean it. Hasn't been anything done to it in 40 years.  But it is close, the people are nice and usually dryers and washers available.  I think they would get more business if they cleaned it up some.  Your clothes go home smelling like dryer sheets!

It took me taking my comforter to Starcrest to see the difference. Starcrest took out all the stains and did a great job. 
Denny's, I wonder if they even cleaned it all. I'm not kidding. It was yellow when I got it from them. Same exact comforter was shining white when I got it back from Starcrest. And Starcrest is only $5 more. Totally worth it. 
Denny's can't be bothered to assist you when you walk in and if they do even clean your items at all, they do a poor job.

I went in to get change while my sister was grabbing her clothes and coming in and the man told me I had to bring my clothes in first and as I was walking away he called me stupid.  He is very rude every time I go in there.
