As always Dr Lehman and team did a great job, needed an old crown replaced, Susie followed up to see how I was feeling, always a pleasant visit, not something you usual say when going to the dentist.   They make it as comfortable and informed as possible.

I've had the best experience at Dental Arts Manhattan I'd ever had at a dentist and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.  I'll be working with Dr. Charmain Ip and have enjoyed a very comprehensive consultation leading to a next day visit to get started on my procedure which will take several visits and a process which I am 100% confident I am in the right hands here.
Also, Dr. Lehman, the owner of this practice, had kindly introduced himself and the staff there is comfortably friendly and real.  I left their office with a very good feeling inside and I've been afraid to confront my issues with a dentist prior to this.  Much appreciated by me.

I have never had a worse experience with a healthcare professional as I did with Dr. Lerman. I went in for 2 fillings on the right side of my mouth and left with excruciating jaw and face pain that didn't go away.
When I requested that he do what was needed to correct this complication he immediately started having a hissy-fit on the phone- shouting and reiterating that my pain was a coincidence and had nothing to do with the work he did. After his child-like temper tantrum he refused to see me anymore as a patient because I was "blaming him" (his words) for the problem. 
At this point I have no choice but to go somewhere else to correct the issue.
His office also refused to give some of the x-rays that were taken before the procedure.
Bottom line- no doctor should scream hysterically at a patient over the phone the moment the results of their work is tentatively and politely brought into question especially when the patient is in pain. period. And patients are entitled to the x-rays they pay for.
