This dental practice is by far the best practice I have been to in my 23 years of being alive. Everyone, from, the receptionist, dental hygienist, to the orthodontist really give their patients the best care. What originally drew me into switching my dentist from my previous place was because at Dental Associates Roslindale they are so friendly and are attentive to their patients. The receptionist do an impeccable job at accommodating to patients hectic schedules. They even go as far as to call and remind you of your appointment a few days before your appointment. As far as the actual care goes; I can especially say that I was a person who absolutely hated going to the dentist. From rough care, impossible scheduling, and the tooth paste that never actually tasted like bubble gum, I was so to say completely in dismay when I new my monthly cleaning was coming. However after my first appointment at Dental Associates Roslindale my perception of going to the dentist has completely changed. The providers at Dental Associates Roslindale are thorough but gentle. At Dental Associates Roslindale the patients comfort is of utmost importance. At Dental Associates Roslindale I am receiving the bet care from people who genuinely care about my teeth and smile.

I have been to different dental offices, and although this is not a typical looking dental offices the interior has a home feel and the personnel make you feel like family. I have had three procedures so far and not once did i have any complaints. Hector who is the first person of contact at the front desk was absolutely helpful, walked me through the process of the work that would be conducted and provided stellar customer service, that alone is worth the trip there. I drive from Cambridge to Roslindale for my dental work. By far best experience at a dental office. Jessica the Hygienist was awesome too.

I made an appointment for my son and I to see Dr. Krochmal and I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place is! If you're looking for a great dentist Roslindale Associates is the way to go. From the moment I entered the office everyone made me feel super comfortable!! I absolutely loved Hector and Leo at the first desk, they was so nice and was a key factor in making me feel comfortable. As soon as I filled out all of my paperwork they took me to the back immediately. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME!!!!

Dental Associates Roslindale is great!! There was very little wait time, the receptionist Leo was really nice--genuinely nice, not just the plastered on smile that receptionists often have-- and the dentist and the assistant were very efficient and confident. I didn't realize how bad my last dentist was until I went in there, was seen in less than an hour and had my problem addressed with possible solutions. From my encounter, I know that I can count on them to listen and to take care of me well & in a time efficient manner. I live almost an hour away--without traffic--and the drive is worth it. Since my appointments are once in a blue moon--for check ups and cleanings every 6 months or so--I'll honestly never go anywhere again!

My husband, kids, and myself all go to Dental Associates in Roslindale. We have experienced nothing but great service every single time we go there. Their assistant manager Hector is awesome. Always so helpful and very welcoming. Dr. Krochmal has been the one to take care of me and he is the only Dentist that I've ever felt calm with. I would recommend Dental Associates to anyone looking for a great Dentistry. If could give more stars I would!!!
