At first service seemed great. I needed an emergency appointment and Dental Care was quick to provide assistance. The assistant was nice and the waiting room staff was pleasant. My dentist on the other hand provided minimal support. I've had several bad experiences at the dentist so I have been hesitant to return. My dentist seemed to get angry when I showed concern, and the experience plummeted. I was not provided outpatient information for the procedure I had done. In addition, the wound has not healed in the expected time and has continue to bleed. I called for additional support, both the return ing patient and question line went straight to voicemail. I had to call to schedule an appointment to be transferred to clinical staff to provide additional advice.

I think Dr Chirco  is a wonderful dentist .she is the hardest working dentist I've ever seen . My mom was an hygienist so  I'm very familiar with the dental profession . I was scared to death I had been going to a wonderful dentist but he did not carry my insurance any longer , I can not be happier  with the decision I made having Dr Chirco she is fast ,perfectionist , and the best . Thank you to all the staff .

Let me start off by apologizing for not completing the last survey , not knowing the survey went through as completed.

I can't say enough about the Dental Group in Mt. Clemens. Dr. Milad Chirco and her staff are a wonderful group of people whom I feel are part of my family. Thank you for a job well done, God bless you Dr. Milad and your staff, Rhoda Bartlett

This goes on yesterday's experience with my fitting for my dentures.  The man was very rough on me, he had a God  aweful smell to him and I have serious doubts that the equipment he used was sterile.  It was brought to me open, looked and smelled used. He didn't really explain himself or what he was doing.  The other part was there were bugs crawling all over the room. The office is good and the rest of the staff are great but the person in charge of fittings was the absolute worst. So my rating is for my last visit.

I used to be scared of the dentist but since I have found the dental group I feel at ease whenever I have to go!
