I have been the this office twice,and the second being only a couple of weeks ago with a DIRE EMERGENCY.They were actually closed,but quickly agrred to come in on their day off as I had an abcess and was in grave danger from poisoning AND constantly triggering severe allergic reactions.
The first visit they went out of their way to accomodate me as well.I CAN RECOMMEND THEM  ALL DAY LONG.In any medical field,that is EXACTLY what makes a person worth more "word of mouth" referrals...especially if
someone needs INSTANT ATTENTION and is being told 'the soonest we can see you is blah blah blah".I am sooo tired of that.
Do yourself a HUUGE FAVOR and switch dentists,This office is MORE DESERVING,definitely.

You get what you "pay" for
Sundberg DDS ran an ad in Money in the Mail for $49 exam, Xray, and cleaning to drum up business.
I should have known better. When I called to make an Appt. I was told to call the next day after 11AM. I did and made an Appt. and was told they'll do exam and X-ray first - then schedule a cleaning later.
When I arrived at 1:30 PM for my 2 PM appt 4-25-2017, they did not have a record of my appt. Further, the DDS was not even in. Oh, a lady was doing a cleaning.
She asked me to reschedule. No. If you can't run an office, you can't run a practice.

I had major dental work done at Dental Care of Sedona and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the results. From the first appointment through the last I was always made to feel comfortable and at ease and everything was explained and discussed thoroughly prior to all procedures.  I am delighted with the results and would readily and enthusiastically recommend them for your dental needs. They gave me my smile back and for that I'll be forever grateful! Thank you, Dr. Sundberg, Athena and Kim!

Dr. Sundberg allowed me to eat again normally thank you so much. My procedure went very smoothly and everyone was very nice and it was a very calm environment. I recommend Dr. Sundberg to anyone who needs reconstruction or implants. Easy to work with and accepted my payment terms which were unusual. My deepest thanks forever.

TRIED TO SCAM ME FOR UNNECESSARY WORK
I had just moved to Sedona and needed a broken tooth repaired.  I scheduled a cleaning, exam and repair of my tooth.  I got a series of x-rays and was told "I needed to have ALL my dental work replaced".  This included a crown that was just done THREE months earlier.  Refused to fix my broken tooth until I had a $1000 procedure done.   I've been routinely seeing a dentist my entire life and know better.  I grabbed my x-rays and went to another Dentist who is honest to a fault.
