I had loved this dentist, until my most recent experience.   I needed a root canal and impressions created for a crown, this took nearly 5 hours.  They left a new tech alone to finish the job, she forgot to take out a band, so they called me that evening saying I would need to return to have it removed right away, in order to make sure that I don't get an infection.  They said they were open until 8 that evening, I arrived with my daughter at 6:50, they had to scramble to find someone to remove the band since most of the staff already had gone home for the night.  Most of the machines were off and it felt very unprofessional and third world.  I felt so unsure of the situation that I felt the need to ask multiple times if the tools were sterilized.  I am adult who was no longer afraid of the dentist until this ordeal.  

No one followed up until I canceled all of my families future appointments.  When they finally did call the best they could come up with is, "we work great with your dental insurance".  Honestly, I would rather pay $150 per visit then receive the type of "care" that Dental Care of The Future provides.  If you value your time, sanity and teeth, I highly recommend seeing a different dentist.  I have been to my share of bad dentist, but this one is the WORST!  DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They don't even deserve the one-star. The worst dental experience of my life. the entire visit was rushed didn't even have my paperwork filled out and they were bringing me back. Did not even have legal consent to treat me yet. Doctor told me he had to rush home because his teenage daughter. Cleaning was the worst and fastest I've ever had. She didn't even floss all my teeth.   I called to relate my experience and ask for a call back from a owner or manager and never received a call ...NEVER GO HERE

Horrible experience past three visits, having to wait long periods of time along with other customers.  Very unorganized, unprofessional staff with very minimal knowledge on payment or procedure being completed.  The doctor was knowledgeable which was the only positive.  I used to go here with no issues, please help the staff and doctor so they are able to show their professionalism and talent.  I even referred my partner who is completely disappointed. Customer Service should be priority!!!

The worst possible. Even in the for-greed US hellcare system. These individuals not only demanded my SSN AND 50% of ESTIMATED charges up front but also checked my credit report. Oh, did I mention that they had verified my insurance coverage BEFORE that? Did I also mention that they charged almost twice of what is customary for the procedure? And I probably failed to mention that they charged me postage to send the crown to my dentist (I worked in Michigan so had no choice but go there for an emergency) when it was ready. And sent it to the wrong address. No kidding. Dental macdonalds at its best.

Been going here for years, but I would not recommend this dentist.  They overbook each dentist, so much in fact that half way through drilling  the dentist had to leave me to help someone else several times. When I complained to manager he said that's normal practice and shouldn't be a problem. Who wants a distracted dentist drilling on you? I want a dentist who is all about me while I'm in the chair and paying. The dentist should've had roller skates - MOVING ON
