I have been going to this dental practice for many years.  Dr. Patel is a great dentist and the staff is the best I have ever met.  They are kind, informative and very professional.  I really appreciate all the care and kindness they have showed my family.  Great group.

I had an extensive case and was in desperate need of implants and bone grafts.  I am not a fan of any dental treatment and was very apprehensive to get started with this plan of treatment.  The office staff at Dental Practice of San Bernardino did an amazing job catering to my needs & were understanding and attentive to my situation.  Dr. Patel and his associates were very gentle & understanding.  Dr.  Patel prides himself on painless injections and does beautiful work.  Thank you Dental Practice of San Bernardino for giving me my smile back!  I recommend this office to any and all in need of dental work.

I called to schedule a consultation. The woman was very rude, and started talking to someone else while I was in the middle of my sentence. Then she put me on hold without saying a word. I just hung up and called someone else.

I HAVE BEEN A DENTAL PATIENT FOR OVER 20YRS HERE AND HAD A HORRIBLE DENTAL EXPERIENCE  FOR MY 12YR OLD SON WHO WAS SCARED OF HAVING A TOOTH PULLED.THE DENTIST WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND AFTER A COUPLE OF ATTEMPTS TO GIVE HIM A SHOT TO PULL OUT HIS TOOTH, THE DENTIST  WAS UPSET AT A  12YR OLD CHILD SAYING THAT HE CANNOT BE SEEN HERE ANYMORE. THE OFFICE  WOMEN  ARE GREAT. AND VERY HELPFUL. So I will not be using them ANYMORE!!!!
