From the friendly greeting of Kathy,, the personal touch of being greeted and walked to the treatment room all the way to the professional and friendly support staff ( who I don't want to single out because they were all great) made my dental visit a very pleasant experience. Dr. Faucher, delivered pain free care and walked me through the entire process. Each staff member that interacted with me introduced themselves and were very personable. I definitely felt like they cared about me as a person and that I was a valued patient.
