Today was my first time going in to dental clinic north. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. I ended up leaving because I had to pick my daughter up from school. I watched people coming in after me and go in before myself as well with watching them check out. I have never had to wait so long at a dentist before. I dont think I will be returning, I would rather find a new dentist that won't waist my time.

Very caring, careful, knowledgeable, and personal staff. My daughter enjoys visits here, I've had nothing but good experiences in the office. Highly recommend 😁

I called at 1:58 on a Friday  with a bad toothache that prevented me from sleeping and eating. The lady told me they stopped taking urgent patients at 2:00. I mentioned that it just turned 2:00. She said they wouldn't see me. All the other Dental offices I called close early on fridays.  Now I have to suffer until Monday...

I work night shift and was 15 mins late for my sons 9am appt. Receptionist told me that I have to rescheduale.....for 3 months away. He has to deal with a cavity that's been bothering him for awhile now as it is. One of the hygentist tells me "are time is more important than your time" what about my gas money to make it there. The time it takes to wait in traffic and my sleep time I sacrifice to try and make early appts. Nothing's ever open in the afternoons when I try to schedule it that way. Just got me on a bad day is all. I am looking for another dentist office.

Had some cavity's filled now my tooth hurts s when air passes over it they told me this was normal. Bull! It feels like nerve is exposed can't drink water with out it hurting.  See
