I had a wonderful experience today. I was ten minutes early and I only had to wait about 15 minutes before I was seen. The people in the front were nice, the X-ray tech was nice, and the doctor was nice. The prices for my treatment was fair and it seemed as if they were being honest. Finally! I've had bad experiences in the past with the dentist trying to rip me off. Dr. Bryant is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend asking for her.

My first visit here after so many years! It wasn't a painful process as I anticipated. Started off with x-rays, the xray tech was so professional, courteous and her smile was contagious. Next, the Dr. Came in and explained all the damage from lack of visits and answered all my concerns. Hygienist arrived shortly and also gave her recommendations and how the process would be completed from start to finish. Lastly, billing, treatment plan was discussed. Usually I arrive anxious and leave worse than I felt coming in but the environment and staff here at Dental Group of Covina, made me feel calm. I recommend DGOC if you are looking for a new dentist or are new to the area. My own personal opinion, the staff was very professional, educated in their field and knew what they were talking about and they made sure I understood what they meant. Did I mention friendly :)

I highly recommend going here for any type of dental need. From the first point of contact to to the end of my appointment, I felt so welcomed and comfortable with each person I spoke to. Both the dentist & orthodontist are exceptionally knowledgeable in their fields. Each question I had, they answered with ease. And for someone who hasn't had the greatest experiences going to the dentist in the past, I now look forward to the upcoming work that I will be having done. Thank you Dental Group of Covina for such a great first experience at your office!

Everybody's pretty friendly. Dr. Chen is great. She explains things is quite funny. Karina is really nice and explains the payment plan.The only thing that sucks is the wait.

Experience was great. Friendly service and caring . Always showed what options I had before preceeding . And always kept saying good job during the cleaning or inspection to give the sense of appreciation
