Came in this office and the first visit wasn’t too bad , friendly staff , 1 Dentist handling all patients. And flirting with staff as others mentioned below is true, which is not professional. On my second visit i stressed to them that i wanted to wait for my insurance which would take 30 days to become active and they were trying to apply all the charges possible. I had a credit because my first visit was paid cash. They tried to charge me $150 for 1 missed appointment. They have a policy posted for $25. (Pictures attached) They are also Expensive. Take your insurance or hard earned money else where.

From the start, the people who answer the phone calls are nice and patience , they will answer as many questions as possible. And coming to the clinic the people in check in are very friendly! The doctors and the hygienists do a great job!

Great experience , got my exam and cleaning for such an affortable price, they also offer payment plans with ppl who dont have insurance. Definitely recommend this place.

My first time and second time there was great but my third time really turned me off from this place, and I just set an appt for my husband. There was a short Hispanic woman with a limp that I saw today. She didn't introduce herself, she kept hurting with the tools in the affected area and telling me she wasn't. She dropped fluid all down my neck and she was totally unaware of where her tools were. At one point I jumped up and asked her why would she do that??!! She scraped the affected area with the tip of the air tool, that was the whole reason why I was there!! It hurt so bad, she said she was gonna do xrays and never did. That little woman really made me dislike her in that moment. She just really gave me my worst experience at any dental office. I feel like she has to be more attentive to her patients. I'm supposed to spend another $1000 at this office and at this point if I think she's gonna treat me I really don't want to.
